For more than 10 years, the municipality of Shuto Orizari did not have a gynecological office, that is, several attempts were made to find a permanent family gynecologist, which did not bear fruit in the past years.
In November, 2023, the new gynecological practice started working: PZU: “Mother B&M” in the Shuto Orizari Health Home!
Mistrust among women from Shuto Orizari has increased in choosing a family gynecologist, due to the frequent closings of gynecological offices. On the other hand, the health system, that is, the Health Fund RSM insurance is created so that family gynecologists are paid per capita point for selected patients!
Hence, in order to increase the number of patients at the newly opened gynecological office
and thus to help the financial sustainability of the gynecology practice, and thus
the possibility of a permanent solution to the problem of lack of family gynecologist in Shuto Orizari, our Association implemented the creative action. It consisted of driving a creative vehicle along the most frequented streets in this municipality and then stopping in the middle of the market and having speeches by our project coordinator, Aziza Sali, and the gynecologist.
