Discrimination, social sterotypes and stigmatisation are the most common reasons as to why marginalised groups,especifically women find it harder to get their rights.Roma women from Suto Orizari have a harder time obtaining social and health protection, keepining line and controling their reproductive health and approaching health related and social related institutions so that they can get the services that they need.
In this publication we will present 8 case studies from Suto Orizari,in which context includs the most common offences that Roma women face while trying to obtain their social and health rights. These cases were obtained by us in the period from January till July 2022. The purpose of the publication is by these casestudies, who are an everyday job in obtaining legal help, to grade and get a better picture of the approach, availability and function of the sevrices which Romani people get from the appropriate institutions and arise from the legal field team.
