Within the project “Social entrepreneurship for young Roma women (ROMANSE) – EU support for civil society and media organizations in R. North Macedonia The goal of this project is to increase the number of social entrepreneurship (self-employment or creating your own business) among young Roma women in local communities.

Job duties of a project assistant:

  • Planning and implementing project activities in coordination with the project coordinator;
  • Organizes and participates in trainings and meetings that arise;
  • Preparation of calls, contracts and other documents related to project activities;
  • Coordination of events organized in the office and provision of logistical support for events organized outside Skopje;
  • Communication with project partners, collaborators and participants in the project;
  • Preparation of reports on the organized activities and their work;
  • Organization, implementation and support of other activities of the Association Initiative for Women’s Rights from Shuto Orizari;
